Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms & Conditions: Rescheduling and Cancellations We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure fairness to all clients and to manage our schedule effectively, please note our policy: Rescheduling or Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellation of your booked session. Late Cancellation Fees: For cancellations or reschedules made between 24 hours and 1 hour before your appointment, a 50% session charge will apply. For cancellations or reschedules made with less than 1 hour's notice, or in the case of a no-show, the full session charge will be required. Extenuating Circumstances: While our policy is firm, we understand that genuine emergencies can occur. If you face truly unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
